Last updated: 2026-05-27
This Privacy Policy explains how Glyph and Logmee collect, use, store, and share information when you use our web app, local app, meeting capture, context, and Google integration features.
1. Service operator
Glyph and Logmee are provided as a context capture and meeting intelligence service. References to "Glyph", "Logmee", "we", "us", or "our" mean the operator of the service.

2. Information we collect
We may collect and process the following categories of information.
- Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, account identifier, organization, and authentication state.
- Google user data that you authorize, such as Google account profile data, Google Calendar event metadata, Google Meet links and meeting space metadata, and OAuth tokens required to keep the connection active.
- Meeting and context data, such as meeting titles, descriptions, participants, audio, transcripts, minutes, notes, action items, uploaded context files, and generated summaries.
- Local App and device information, such as device identifiers, connection status, provisioning status, diagnostics, and application logs.
- Usage, security, and operational data, such as request metadata, error logs, audit logs, IP-derived network information, and feature usage events.
3. How we use information
We use information only for the purposes described below.
- To sign you in, maintain your session, and manage your account.
- To connect Google accounts that you authorize and provide calendar, meeting, and context features.
- To create, import, display, transcribe, summarize, search, and review meetings and related business context.
- To operate Glyph Local App, issue service tokens, diagnose connection status, and synchronize allowed context.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, debug incidents, perform audits, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve product reliability and user experience using aggregated or operational information.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, credit eligibility, lending decisions, or unrelated surveillance.
4. Google user data
Glyph requests Google permissions only when needed for the feature you use. Depending on the feature, the service may request profile, email, calendar event read access, and Google Meet meeting metadata access.
Google user data is used to authenticate you, show connected accounts, discover relevant calendar events and Meet links, create meeting records, prepare meeting context, and support meeting capture workflows that you initiate or enable.
OAuth tokens are stored in server-side access-controlled storage. Raw Google OAuth tokens are not placed in AI prompts, user-visible context packs, or Local App workspace files.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. AI and service providers
Glyph may process meeting audio, transcripts, notes, and related context with speech-to-text, large language model, cloud hosting, database, storage, observability, and infrastructure providers to provide the service.
We only share information with service providers as needed to operate, secure, monitor, and improve Glyph. Service providers are not permitted to use the information for their own unrelated purposes.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We may share information in the following limited cases.
- With service providers that operate the service on our behalf.
- With your organization or workspace administrators when the service is provided for an organization.
- With other users or meeting participants when you choose to share meeting records, summaries, context, or outputs.
- When required by law, legal process, security needs, or to protect the rights and safety of users, the service, or others.
- In connection with a business transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and auditability, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
You may revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page or disconnect an integration in Glyph when available. Revoking access stops future Google API access, but existing meeting records or derived content may remain until deleted under the applicable retention settings or upon a verified deletion request.
To request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, contact us at hello@everforth.co.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. No system is completely secure, and users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts and devices.
9. International processing
Information may be processed in Japan and other countries where our infrastructure or service providers operate. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use safeguards required by applicable law.
10. Children
Glyph is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we use Google user data or personal information, we will provide appropriate notice and, where required, request renewed consent before using the data in a new way.
