Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-27
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Glyph, Logmee, Glyph Local App, and related meeting, context, AI, and integration features.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Glyph, you agree to these Terms. If you use Glyph on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
2. Service
Glyph is a context capture and meeting intelligence service. It may provide account sign-in, Google integrations, calendar and meeting import, audio capture, transcription, minutes generation, context search, local app provisioning, and related AI-assisted workflows.
Some features may be experimental, limited to selected users, or provided as a preview. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, devices, browser sessions, OAuth grants, API tokens, and Local App installations. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may only connect Google accounts, calendars, meetings, files, and other data sources that you are authorized to use.
4. User content and data
You retain ownership of content and data you provide to Glyph, including meeting records, audio, transcripts, notes, files, and context. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and generate outputs from that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for obtaining any required notices, consents, permissions, and legal bases before recording, uploading, or processing meeting audio, transcripts, personal information, confidential information, or third-party content.
5. Google integrations
Google integrations are optional and require your authorization. If you connect a Google account, Glyph may access and use Google user data only as described in our Privacy Policy and the consent flow shown to you.
You may revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions page or disconnect the integration in Glyph when available.
6. AI outputs
Glyph may generate transcripts, summaries, suggestions, action items, context packs, and other AI-assisted outputs. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, sharing, or acting on them.
Glyph is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, employment, or compliance advice.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Glyph to do any of the following.
- Violate applicable law, contracts, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
- Record or process meetings without required authorization or notice.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt systems.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, security limits, rate limits, or tenant boundaries.
- Use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, resale, credit decisions, or unrelated surveillance.
- Use the service to harass, defame, threaten, deceive, or harm others.
- Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly allows it.
8. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Glyph will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, third-party outages, browser changes, Google API changes, network issues, or infrastructure incidents may affect the service.
9. Fees
Some features may be free, trial, paid, or subject to separate commercial terms. If paid terms apply, the applicable order form, statement of work, or written agreement controls fees, payment, taxes, and renewal terms.
10. Intellectual property
Glyph, Logmee, the service design, software, interfaces, models, documentation, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that could harm users, third parties, or the service.
You may stop using Glyph at any time. Some data may remain in backups, logs, audit records, or retained records as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable retention settings.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glyph is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
If liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim or JPY 10,000, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, excluding conflict of law rules. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service.
